8oz med-wide egg noodles
8oz cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
1 stick butter, softened
2 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
¾ cup white raisins
Topping:
2 cups plain cornflakes, crumbled
½ cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together cream cheese and butter. Sprinkle in sugar. Gradually add milk and eggs. Add vanilla. Stir in raisins. Boil noodles, strain. Combine noodles and cream cheese mixture stirring well. Pour into a buttered 9x13" pyrex. Cover with plastic and refrigerate over night.
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all topping ingredients together and sprinkle on top of noodle pudding. Bake in preheated oven for 1- 1½ hours or until bubbly and lightly browned.
