1 package Lipton Rice & Sauce - Beef flavor or whichever
Cook according to directions on the package
1 lb ground beef - Salt & Pepper - brown and drain.
I also add ketchup - just guess!!
Stuff peppers and bake in covered casserole.

Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.

Optional - when using smaller peppers, I cut them in strips and place in bottom of a casserole dish and put the rice mixture on top. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350. I have also added some chopped hot pepper to the rice mixture. (guys like).
