3 cups white sugar
1 1/4 cup Butter softened
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 T Lemon Juice
1 t. Vanilla
1 t. Lemon extract
1/2 t. Orange extract
1/8 t. salt
6 eggs
3 cups Flour

Follow directions -- no shortcuts !

Beat sugar , softened cream cheese & butter until fluffy.
Beat in lemon juice, extracts and salt.

Alternate 1 egg with 1/2 cup flour, beating between each additions (6 times) and/or until the flour/eggs are gone.
Pour into a lightly greased/floured Tube or Bundt pan.

325 1 hour , 15 minutes

This cake is somewhat time consuming with the flour and egg additions, but it's important to follow those steps.
I've tried adding everything all at once -- bad idea.
