1 box (7.5 ounces) Macaroni and Cheese dinner
1 package (10 ounces) frozen peas, cooked and drained
1 medium tomato, diced
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup onion, diced
6 eggs, hard-boiled
paprika
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare macaroni and cheese dinner as directed on package.
Add peas, tomato, mayo, celery, onion and seasonings.
Chop eggs and add to macaroni mixture. Mix lightly.
Chill.
Stir in a small amount of additional mayo before serving if it looks dry.
