Ingredients:  
3 Medium sized Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 Sweet onion - diced
1 large Parsnip - diced
2 Celery Stalks - diced
2 large Carrots - cut into 1/2 chunks
64 oz. of Chicken Broth
1/2 fresh parsley
Cooked fettucini or spaghetti - cut into 2 inch lengths

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Chicken breasts. One cooked, drain pot, parsley and shredded chicken.

Put shredded chicken back into the pot and add broth, parsnips, onion, celery and carrots. Bring to boil and then simmer for at least 1-2 hours.

Drain cooked pasta and add to soup just prior to serving.
