1 1/2 dozen fresh oysters ( 1 pint shucked raw oysters with liquid)
1/4 cup butter
3/4 tsp celery salt
3/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
1/8 tsp paprika
Quart of half and half
Butter
Oyster Crackers


Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet over medium heat melt 1/4 cup butter. Using wooden spoon stir in the spices. Add oysters with their liquid. Heat until edges of oysters curl slightly. Reduce heat to low and leave skillet on burner. Heat half and half in top of double boiler until very hot, add the oyster mixture. Heat for another 15 minutes. Serve
