2 oz smoked bacon, cut crosswise into small strips
12 oz Brussels sprouts, ends trimmed, cut in half
1 t salt
4 cloves minced garlic
4 1” sprigs rosemary
3 T balsamic vinegar
2 oz dried cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Render bacon until crispy. Set aside, reserving 2 t of fat in pan.
Add sprouts flat side down. Season with salt. Cook for 5 min or until brown.
Flip sprouts, add garlic and rosemary, cook another 5 min. Add remaining ingredients, cook 1 more minute.
