10 oz. Crab delights flake style
20 oz. cream cheese, room temp
13.75 oz. canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 C mayo
½ C chopped onion
1 C shredded Parmesan
Shredded Swiss

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375º.

2. Mix cream cheese and mayo until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Put in glass baking dish.

3. Bake uncovered 15-18 minutes, until heated through and lightly browned.

Variations:

Joanie adds chopped red peppers. We both add some Sherry. Use equal parts Parmesan and swiss
