1/3 lb. butter
3 cups vanilla wafers, crumbled
2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
2 cups whipping cream
3 eggs
1 cup chopped nuts 2 1/2 cups drained pineapple
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, eggs, and sugar together. Line pan with cracker crumbs. Save 1/2 cup crumbled wafers to sprinkle on top. Put butter mixture on top of crumbs. Sprinkle nuts on next; then pineapple. Add whipped cream on top add sugar and vanilla to the whipped cream. Add rest of crumbs. Let set overnight.
