1/2 cup Whole Milk
8 Tbls Unsalted Butter
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1 cup All Purpose Flour
4 Eggs room temperature

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, milk, sugar, salt and bring to a boil. Remove from burner and dump flour in all at once stirring with a wooden spoon quickly. It will form a ball in the center of the pan and have a satin sheen. Transfer to mixing bowl and beat for one minute to cool the dough, Add one egg at a time beating until the eggs is incorporated, again a satin sheen. Continue with the remaining eggs.
Drop by Tablespoon on to a parchment lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated 425º on the center rack for 10 min.
Without opening the oven reduce temperature to 325º and bake for 20 -25 minutes.. They should be a light golden brown and no longer have beads of oil on them. Cool on wire rack
Cut off the top of each and fill with filling below.
1 lrg box of vanilla instant pudding w/only 1/1/2 cups of milk following directions
add at end1 cup of Cool Whip
