1 Tbsp. butter
3 1/2 c. cooked chicken
1 onion, diced
1/2 c. chunky salsa
1 lb. Monterrey Jack cheese
8 oz. cream cheese, cut into chunks
2 c. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
- Melt butter in large skillet. Add onion & sauté for 5 minutes. Add salsa and sauté 1 minute longer. Stir in cream cheese and chicken. Cook, stirring constantly, until cream cheese melts.
- Spoon 2 – 3 Tbsp. chicken mixture down center of each tortilla. Roll up tortillas and place seam side down on lightly greased 9x13 baking dish.
- Sprinkle with cheese and dribble with cream.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
