2 lbs. gr. meat
1 lb. velvetta cheese
1 sm. onion chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can chopped green chilis
1 can green enchilada sauce
1 can. evap milk Corn tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground meat and chopped onion in skillet.
In extra large pot mix remaining ingredients except corn tortillas.
Velvetta should be cut in small cubes.
Heat over low heat til cheese is melted. Stir constantly to keep from sticking.
Add meat and onion mixture and stir til well mixed.

Spray oblong pan with non stick spray and line pan with tortillas torn in forths. Sides and bottom.
Pour 1/2 half of mixture over corn tortillas.Add another layer or tortillas.Pour remaining mixture over this.Add tortillas on top and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake 250 till heated through and cheese melted.
