Ingredients:  
4 cups cold cup up chicken chunks (cooked)
2 tbs. lemon juice
cup mayo
1 tsp. salt
tsp. monosodium glutamate
2 cups chopped celery
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
cup condensed cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. onion, finely chopped
2 pimentos, cut fine
1 cup cheese grated
1 cup crushed potato chips
⅔ cup toasted almonds, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except cheese, chips and almonds. Place in large rectangular dish. Top with cheese and almonds. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 400 20-25 minutes.

I included this recipe even though I never remember mom making it. It just cracked me up that she had a recipe of Mrs. Richard Nixon's. Not Pat Nixon, but Mrs. Richard Nixon! That just made me laugh. The other thing I thought was funny was the ingredient monosodium glutamate. I thought we were supposed to eat things without MSG's not be adding them into our foods? It shows you how times have changed!
