Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken cut up
1 large onion, cut in slivers
32 oz chicken broth
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Slice onion and place in the bottom of large baking dish. Place chicken pieces on top and salt and pepper both sides. Bake for 30 min, turn chicken pieces over and fill baking dish with broth. Bake for another 45 min to 1 hr. We serve with white rice. Kids love it with the chicken meat cut up and the broth over the rice. Much to Chris’s frustration, these along with baked salmon and chicken nuggets are all our kids want to eat on a regular basis

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
We serve with white rice. Kids love it with the chicken meat cut up and the broth over the rice. We call it “sabaw”, Tagalog for “soup”.
