2 (16 oz.) pkgs. California blend frozen vegetables uncooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small jar Cheese Whiz
1 can french fried onion rings

Directions:
Directions:
Put vegetables in crockpot. Combine soup and Cheese Whiz and microwave until heated through. Pour over vegetables. Mix in ½ can crushed onion rings, Bake on low for 3-4 hours. Last few minutes add rest of onion rings.
I do this in the oven in a cake pan and only place onion rings on top. Bake time is only about an hour.
