Green Beans & Onions (except they don’t eat the onions)
24 oz bag green beans - washed and trimmed
1 white onion
2 tsp Patis (Filipino fish sauce)

Directions:
Directions:
Blanch the green beans in salted water until bright green. Drain. Slice onion thinly. Mix green beans and onion together with 2 tsp of Patis.
