cake:
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1 cup all purpose flour
4 eggs

cake filling:
1 pkg cream cheese, softened
1 lg box vanilla pudding
3 cups milk

topping:
1 8oz container Cool Whip
Hershey's chocolate syrup

cake:

- preheat oven to 400º
- lightly grease a 9 x 13 pan
- in a medium sauce pot, melt butter and water to boiling, then remove from heat
- stir in the flour and add eggs one at a time
- spread in baking dish, cover the bottom and sides
- bake for 40 minutes or till done and golden brown
- remove from oven and cool completely!!

topping:

- whip cream cheese in a bowl with mixer
- in a separate bowl, mix together the pudding mix and milk
- allow the pudding to thicken, then mix in the whipped cream cheese
- mix slowly till no lumps
- place in the refrigerator to chill
- after crust is cool, pour cake filling on top of crust
- top with Cool Whip and drizzle with chocolate syrup
