1 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup butter, melted
2 eggs

- preheat oven to 350º
- mix all ingredients together
- spray a muffin pan with Pam
- fill pockets 2/3 full with cake batter
- bake for 18 minutes
- remove immediately to cool
