Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion chopped
3-4 stalks celery chopped
salt and pepper
1 small can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 Tbsp ketchup
2 cans dark red kidney beans (not drained or rinsed)
2 cans of water
Chili powder to taste (about 1 and 1/2 Tbsp)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef with salt and pepper, Add onion and celery. Drain off any excess fat.
Add tomato sauce, ketchup and water.
Simmer for 1/2 hour.

Add Kidney beans, water, and Chili Powder..

Cook for another 1/2 hour.
