6 cups chopped cooked chicken
2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
1/2 cup light mayo and 1/2 light sour cream
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 cups chopped celery
2 Tbsp poppy seeds
2 cups red grapes sliced lengthwise
Salt and peppers to taste
1/2 cup pecans

Mix all together in a large bowl. You do not need to use "light' mayo and/or sour cream.
May be placed on a lettuce leaf for serving.
