3/4 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Oil
3 Tbl of Lemon Extract
3 Heaping Tbls Baking Powder
1 Tbls Vanilla Extract
zest of 1 orange or lemon
6 cups Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350º

Mix together baking power and flour, set aside. Beat together eggs, sugar, oil, t and flavorings. Add flour mixture gradually to egg mixture on cup at a time. If you are using the Kitchen Aid mixer switch to dough hook after third cup of flour mix.
Dough should not stick to you hands, if needed add more flour. Form into balls and bake on lined cookie sheet for 10-12 min. till lightly brown, but do not over bake. Cool

Ice with 1 cup of powdered sugar, 1 tsp of soft butter and add a few teaspoons of milk, add a little at a time until smooth and spreadable. ice and sprinkle is candy sprinkles
