2 (3 ounce) boxes of strawberry Jello
2 cups of boiling water
2 (10 oz.) boxes of frozen sweetened Strawberries
1 (13.5 oz. can) crushed pineapple, drained
2 large bananas, coarsely mashed
1 cup of sour cream


Directions:
Directions:
Mix Jello and boiling water. Add strawberries, pineapple, and bananas. Pour half of this mixture into a Pyrex dish and allow to congeal completely in the refrigerator. Save the remaining half of the Jello mixture at room temperature until needed. Spread the sour cream on the congealed layer and return to refrigerator to set. Pour the remaining half of the Jello mixture over the set sour cream layer and allow to completely congeal in refrigerator.
