2/3 Cup Butter
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
3 Eggs
1 Tsp Vanilla
1/2 Cup Cocoa
2/3 Cup Sauerkraut
2 1/4 Cups Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
3/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Cup Water

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse sauerkraut with water and finely chop. Blend butter and sugar well, add eggs and vanilla. Sift in dry ingredients alternately with water and mix well. Add sauerkraut. Turn into 2 greased and floured 8 inch pie pans. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Frost with favorite icing.
