1¼ cup shortening
3 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
5 tbsp. cold water
1 tsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Blend shortening, flour and salt with pastry blender. Add beaten egg, water, and vinegar. Makes 4 pie crusts.
