2¼ cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
½ tsp salt
¾ cup sugar
½ cup milk
½ cup sour cream
⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1 tbsp grated orange zest
1 cup thin sliced strawberries

Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Butter muffin cups. In large bowl mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. In medium bowl whisk sugar, milk, sour cream, oil, egg and zest until mixed. Stir in strawberries. Add to dry ingredients. Fill muffin cups ⅔ full. Bake 15-18 min for standard muffins or 12 min for mini muffins.
