1 cup celery, diced
2 ripe eating apples
juice of 1 lemon
1 cup seeded white grapes, halved
½ cup walnut pieces
½ cup mayonnaise
salt and white pepper
crisp lettuce leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Wash core and dice apples. Toss apples in lemon juice. Mix apples, celery, grapes, and walnut pieces with mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Arrange on lettuce.
