3-4 lb. chuck roast
6 cups water
6 beef bouillon
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
1 can beer

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve bouillon in water. Add soup mix and beer. Pour over roast in crockpot and put on low for 8-12 hours. Serve meat on Kaiser rolls and pour juice in dishes for au jus.
