1 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup finally chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon dried chives
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.Mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving. Will keep for three weeks if kept refrigerated and tightly sealed.
