4 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
2 1/2 cups of flour
2 cups +2 tablespoons shortening
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup finally chopped nuts
Directions:

Mix well, roll into logs, chill, Slice and bake.
Bake at 350°F for eight minutes, Cook very lIght.

These cookies will melt in your mouth. The recipe is from the 50s. You can add food coloring to these to make whatever color you want.
