¼ cup cider vinegar
½ cup sliced scallions
¼ cup pimento, drained (a 20z jar works fine)
2 cups mayonnaise
3 cups sour cream
2 cups buttermilk
1 tbsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp paprika
2 tbsp garlic powder

Directions:
Place the dry onions and vinegar in a bowl and allow to soak for 5-10 min. Puree the soaked onions, vinegar, scallions and pimentos in a blender or food processor. Use a wire whisk to add all the remaining ingredients to the pureed mixture, whipping until smooth. Chill before using.
