2 c. biscuit mix (Bisquick)
1 lb. pork sausage
3 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 c. water or milk
Salt & Pepper

Optional ingredients: Green onions, finely chopped, garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Mix together biscuit mix, salt and pepper. Add the sausage, shredded cheddar cheese and water or milk. Using your hands, mix until all of the ingredients are fully moistened and evenly distributed. Roll into approximately 1" balls and place on baking sheet.

Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately.
