1-18” French bread
4 cups milk
2 cups sugar
3 beaten eggs
2 Tbsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup raisins
Sauce
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup bourbon

Directions:
Directions:
Break bread into small pieces in a large bowl. Cover with milk for an hour. Add egg, sugar and stir in vanilla, cinnamon and raisins. Melt butter in a 9x13x2 baking dish coating all sides. Pour pudding into pan and bake at 375º for 60 minutes.

To prepare sauce, heat butter and sugar in a double boiler and slowly whisk in egg. Cool slightly and add bourbon. Serve warm over pudding or in a sauce boat on the side.
