1 c. flaked/shredded coconut
c. sugar
c. Bisquick mix
c. butter/margarine
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Grease 9 pie plate (spray). Mix all ingredients. Pour into pie plate. Bake 50-55 minutes until brown and knife in center comes out clean. Refrigerate leftovers.
