1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 8oz package cream cheese, softened
¾ cup plus 2 tbsp key lime juice
½ tsp vanilla
1 9" deep dish graham cracker pie shell, preferably homemade
1 pint heavy cream
¼ cup powdered sugar
lime slices for decoration

Directions:
Directions:
Put the condensed milk, cream cheese, lime juice and vanilla in a food processor fitted with the steel blade, and process for 5 min. (or beat in a mixer fitted with a wire whip for 15 min) Spoon the filling into the cooled pie crust and refrigerate at least 8 hours, until filling is firm. Whip the cream with sugar until soft peaks form. Garnish the pie with fresh whipped cream and twisted lime slices.
