1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c. old fashioned oats
1 c. dried cherries
1 c. bittersweet chocolate (4 1/2 oz, coarsely chopped)
1 c. toffee pieces (5 1/2 oz)

Heat oven to 350º

Sift together flour, soda and set aside. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla. Add sifted flour to mixture.

Then on low speed, add oatmeal, cherries, chocolate & toffee pieces.

Divide dough into 3 equal portions and roll into logs using plastic wrap. Logs should be approximately 1 1/2 " in diameter.

To bake: cut logs into 3/4 in pieces. Bake on parchament lined baking sheets for 8-10 minutes.
