Cranberry Brie Bites Recipe

1 round brie
1 8 ozs. tube crescent rolls
Cooking Spray
Flour for surface
1 oz. wheel of Brie
1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce or raspberry jam
1/4 cup chopped pecans
6 springs of rosemary, cut into 1 pieces

Preheat oven to 375o & grease mini muffin tins with cooking spray.

On a floured surface, roll out crescent rolls & pinch together seams.

Cut into 24 squares.

Cut Brie into small pieces & place inside the crescent dough. Add a spoonful of cranberry sauce or raspberry jam.

Bake until crescent pastry is golden.

About 15 minutes. .
