1 pkg Ichiban noodles
2 tbp butter
sesame seeds
1 head of lettuce, finely shredded
6 green onions, chopped
1 cup turkey, chicken or shrimp
4-5 mushrooms (optional)

Dressing:
2 tbsp sugar
cup vinegar
1 tsp accent
cup oil
1 tsp salt
tsp pepper
tsp sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
Crush 1 pkg Ichiban noodles. Brown in butter and add roasted sesame seeds. Cool and drain on a paper towel. Combine with lettuce, green onions, meat and mushrooms. Mix with dressing.
