2 packages (4 serving each) Jell-o strawberry flavor gelatin
2 cups boiling pineapple juice
2 box or bags 16 ox frozen strawberries sweetened and thawed

Crust:

2 cups pretzels, slightly crushed
3/4 cup butter, melted
3 T Sugar

Filling:

1 container 8oz cool whip
1 package 8 oz cream cheese softened
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling pineapple juice. Stir in strawberries; refrigerate until partially set. (1 hour 45 min)

Heat oven to 350. In a medium bowl, mix crust ingredients, press into ungreased 13x9 baking pan
bake for 10 minutes let cool down completely.

In a medium bowl beat filling ingredients with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
Spread over cooled crust, cover and refrigerate until gelatin topping is partially set

Carefully spoon gelatin topping over filling.

Refrigerate 4-6 hours until firm.
