1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 can bamboo shoots, drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 small jar pimentos, drained
1 medium onion, sliced thin
1½ cups chopped celery
1½ cups green pepper strips

Marinade
⅓ cup oil
⅔ cup vinegar
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Warm sugar and vinegar until sugar is dissolved. Add other ingredients in marinade and pour over vegetables. Refrigerate. Best if refrigerated overnight to blend flavors. Will keep for up to one week.
