3/4 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. molasses
1 beaten egg
1 tsp ginger
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
* Blend all ingredients together
* Roll dough into balls the size of a walnut (1") , then roll in sugar
* Place 1 " apart on parchment lined cookie sheet

* Bake @ 350º for 9 minutes

* Cool on cookie sheet 2-4 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
