Ingredients:  
1 cup sugar
1 cup corn syrup
1 cup peanut butter
5 cups rice crispys
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sized sauce pan mix together sugar and corn syrup
Bring the mixture to a boil
Remove from heat and add peanut butter
Mix well
Immediately add rice cereal and spread into 9X13 pan

Topping:
Combine chips in a microwavable bowl
Melt together in microwave in 30 second increments
Spread over bars
