Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 onion
1 large can of Brooks Hot Chili Beans (or similar)
1 large can of Brooks Mild Chili Beans (or similar)
2 equal size can of tomatoes, either stewed or diced
Salsa
Salt
Pepper
Cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Cook dice onion and ground beef together in a large pot, until ground beef is cooked through fully, and browned. Drain fat. Add in the cans of beans and the cans of tomatoes, and stir together. Add as much salsa as you prefer for flavor. Add salt, pepper and cumin to desire taste. As soon as it is hot you can eat, but simmering for an hour helps bring out the flavors better. Can top with diced onions, sour cream or plain greek yogurt, and cheese. I also like eating it with corn tortilla chips.
