Five or Six eggs
¼ cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
8 pieces of good bread (avoid whole wheat types)
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk the eggs. Add Bailey’s and vanilla, stir. Soak bread in egg mixture, let excess drain, cook on griddle on both sides until done. Serve with maple syrup.
