1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup tomato juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tsp. grated ginger root or 1/2 tsp powdered ginger
1 small clove garlic, minced
Sesame seeds
Minced Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef and crumble egg, tomato juice, soy sauce, ginger and garlic. Form into bite-size balls (about 50). Place in single layer in large shallow baking pan. Bake at 500º for 4 minutes or until cooked as desired.

Turn beef balls and sauce into serving bowl or chafing dish. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and parsley. Serve with picks.
