4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. minute rice, wild rice or medley
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken breasts in lightly sprayed 9x13 baking dish. Mix soups, sour cream and rice together. Pour over chicken; season with salt and pepper. Cover with foil and bake 60 to 90 minutes at 350, do not remove foil during baking time.

A recent recipe, but I loved it, so I wanted to share. I also added mushrooms and artichokes and that was a tasty addition!
