9 inch unbaked plain pastry shell
3 eggs, slightly beaten
½ cup brown sugar
¼ tsp. salt
1 cup corn syrup
½ tsp. vanilla
1 cup of pecans broken in pieces
whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Set the oven at 400. Line 9 inch pie pan with pastry. Mix eggs, sugar, salt, corn syrup. vanilla, and pecans. Pour into the pie pan and bake for 19 minutes. Reduce the heat to 350 and bake 35 minutes longer. Chill When ready to serve, garnish with whipped cream.
