1 Rotisserie Chicken (shredded or cut up)
2 Packages of Cream Cheese
1 Cup of Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup of more of Red Hot Sauce
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Using a mixer add your cream cheese and whip until smooth. Continue to whip adding the red hot sauce and salt and pepper. Add chicken on low speed of mixer and mix until well incorporated. Add 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese. Continue to mix and then transfer over to two large baking dishes. Add balance of cheese to the top of the dip. Cook at 375º for 30 to 45 minutes. You can use any other types of cheese, such as blue cheese, gouda or provolone.

You can serve this with crackers, chips or toasted thin sliced bread.

To make the toasted sliced bread, take a large loaf of baguette bread and slice down into 1/8" slices, brush or spray with olive oil on both sides. Also season on both sides, with parsley, oregano and parmesan cheese. Place the bread on a sheet pan and cook for 10 minutes in a 350º oven.
