1 box yellow cake mix
1 (3oz) pkg vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1 c. rum
½ c. vegetable (canola) oil
½ c. water
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
½ c. butter, softened
2 c. confectioners sugar

Directions:

Combine cake mix, instant pudding, eggs, ½ c. rum, oil, water, and 1 tsp. of vanilla. Place half of nuts in bottom of a greased tube pan. Add half of batter. Add another layer of nuts. Add rest of batter. Bake 325º for 1 hour. Cool. Mix together remaining ingredients: ½ c. rum, 1 tsp. vanilla, ½ c. butter, 2 c. confectioners sugar for glaze. Spread on top of cooled cake.
