1 Duncan Hines vanilla butter recipe cake mix
8 oz sour cream
16 oz coconut flakes (frozen is best)
1 1/2 cups sugar

Directions:
1st day
- mix sour cream, coconut and sugar together
- refrigerate

2nd day
- bake cake as directed on the box
- cool layers and frost with coconut frosting made from yesterday
- store in an airtight container for 4 days before serving
