6 eggs, separate whites & yolks
6 spoonful sugar
6 spoonful plain flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla

Syrup:
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Little cinnamon and whiskey

Icing:
2 egg whites
2 tbsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Separate egg whites and yolks; beat whites until stiff. Mix sugar and yolks, mix in flour, baking powder and vanilla.
Put on 10x14 pan and cook for 20 minutes on 350.

After cooked put on a towel and spread the syrup and cream (or cottage cheese if desired) to taste. Roll like jelly roll and cover with cream or icing and put pinapple or cherry or nuts.
